This is yet another old trick, but if done properly, it's gonna win or even turn a game over.

This needs to be executed in smart way, or else, it's gonna be a road to loss of the game... since it's not that cheap to make a dd with the associated hyper cost.

If bc is sitting near the patch, or if it has enough swarm or bombers to take out the engine, better forget about it and not do it, as wasting 2000(dd) + 800(hyper cost) for just a col is obviously an easy way to start losing. Also, sending just a single dd is easy to get owned by just some marines with engine dead. Updating engine rather than hull can help somewhat though.

It is rather better to do it in middle of a fight than to start a fight with it, when ships are gone for battle out there, it can sneak in to patches and run their ru empty. Or at least walk multiple dd onto a patch, which makes it hard for marines to capture them, but if swarms are around, it'll be a good waste as well.

I guess there's nothing else special to say about this strat... it's better to do it quick than go max col then do it to just kill a few col.
