Works fine in hw2. What's wrong? Or what are you trying to do with it?

If you use it as a badge in hw2, this is what it looks like:

HW2 displays only the "alpha channel" in the .tga file. For some reason, the anonymous demonoob who made the badge didn't delete the non-alpha channel parts of the image, so if you open it up in a graphics app, it looks weird/wrong (unless you tell it to display only the alpha channel).
